Logan Mraz began sailing at age six and racing competitively at twelve. Based in Brooklyn, New York, he has sailed with LISOT and Skiff Plus and represents Chester Yacht Club in Nova Scotia when racing. The 29er was Logan’s primary class during the years leading into 2024. He raced in Argentina, Canada, and Denmark, finished second at both the North and South American Championships, and placed ninth at the 2024 29er Open World Championship. His broader sailing background includes the 69F, Bluenose, WASZP, and J/70. At the 2024 Worlds, Logan and Ronan Curnyn each made the Ovington Top 25 with other partners. They later finished second together in a 29er regatta, one point behind the winners. The pair are now working to establish themselves in the FX before advancing into the 49er, with Logan as skipper.
