Jake began sailing at age eight and has raced Hobie 16s, Hobie 20s, J/92s, Olson 30s, J/124s, Express 27s and other boats. He was the 2023 Hobie 20 North American Champion and placed second at the Youth Hobie 16 Mega Championship. A certified small-boat instructor, he is now campaigning an F18 with Jordan Manning.
