Ford McCann is an Etchells helm and longtime ILCA 7 sailor who has been part of the US Sailing Olympic Development Team since 2016. At Georgetown he won the ICSA Men's Singlehanded National Championship and later competed in multiple ILCA 7 World Championships. In 2026 he sailed USA 1465 Triple Threat at the Etchells Worlds, where the all-under-30 team won the Next Generation Trophy.
