The Skiff Sailing Foundation 18 Footer team has traveled to the 18 Foot Skiff World Championships in 2004 and 2005. This event is always held in Sydney, Australia and is by invitation only to teams outside of the Australian 18 Footer Circuit. The SSF owns two 18 Foot Skiffs that are actively sailed in the Bay Area. The team also competes in the annual St. Francis Yacht Club 18 Footer regatta.-
